Is the Sync App difficult to setup?
No. The very simple setup takes only minutes and you will be able to do it yourself. No third party servers, software or IT help is needed.
Can the Sync use Wi-Fi?
Yes. When available, the sync will use the WiFi connection instead of
your data plan connection. This is very useful if you don't have an
unlimited data plan.
Do I need to pay for any additional data plans?
No. All you need is your current wireless BlackBerry data plan.
Do I need any other 3rd party applications or servers, such as BES or Exchange?
No. The Office Accelerator Wireless BlackBerry Sync App comes with all of the software and service you need to sync your BlackBerry with your desktop. You do not need a BES Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, SyncML server or any other account.

Does Office Accelerator sync my task list to my BlackBerry?

How long does the sync take?
It varies. All syncs occur in the background. You won’t even notice them. The initial sync may take several minutes or more depending on the number of existing contacts, calendar events and tasks you have on your BlackBerry.
